Processing Times
We work hard to ensure fast and efficient delivery for all orders.

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday):
Dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 12pm (Monday–Friday):
Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow, where applicable.
Shipping Regions
Basil Bush Limited ships within Great Britain and Northern Ireland only.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
We ship to all areas of Great Britain and Northern Ireland with no regional exclusions.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We send orders using DPD or DHL, depending on the service best suited to your order.
Delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
- Free Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Next Day Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Next Day (AM) Delivery: 1-2 business days, delivery by 12pm.
- Next Day (Saturday): 1-2 business days, delivery on Saturday.
Heavy Items (Over 30kg)
Some of our heavier items (over 30kg) may be shipped via an alternative courier.If this applies to your order:
- You will be notified at the time of purchase, and
- Tracking information will be provided separately once dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order value and chosen delivery method.
- Free Delivery: We offer FREE DELIVERY to Great Britain and Northern Ireland on orders over £35.
- Next Day Delivery: £4.99
- Next Day (AM) Delivery: £7.49
- Next Day (Saturday) Delivery: £9.99
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information, if applicable.
Please allow the carrier up to 24 hours to update tracking statuses.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, Basil Bush Limited is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery
- Stolen parcels
Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on item availability.
Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
